Workplace Logs have been enhanced to capture more administrative changes. Logs now include updates to user details such as password, role, groups, and attributes, as well as changes made under the Preferences tab in Workplace Settings. Billing-related changes are not included in workplace logs. This provides better visibility into key actions performed at the workplace level. Click here to know more.
The Formula block can be used to display time with seconds. You can use the formula TEXT(NOW(),"HH:mm:ss") to show time with hours, minutes, and seconds. At the moment, displaying seconds is supported only through this specific formula.
The Dashboard Design feature now supports a Code block. This can be used to build custom dashboard elements such as notices, announcements, or banners using code. The Code block can also reference workplace-level variables when workplace information needs to be displayed dynamically on dashboards. This feature is available on Premium plans. Link sharing now includes a QR code for each app. When link sharing is enabled, admins can share either the public link or the generated QR code to allow external users to open the app and submit data without logging in. This is useful for physical locations, printed materials, or situations where scanning a QR code is more convenient than typing a URL. Click here to know more.
When emails are sent using Google SMTP, recipients will now see the sender name configured in the linked Google account instead of only the email address. This helps make workflow emails easier to recognise and more consistent with your organisation’s email identity. Click here to know more.
