You can now add your own OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini API keys for AI Blocks and AI Workflow Nodes. This is available at the app level under Third-Party Integrations. When you use your own key, your app is not restricted by the default workplace AI usage limits.
You can now choose a default status that is automatically applied to every new submission. This removes the need to run a workflow just to set the initial status after submission. Click here to know more.
You can now add a custom error message for status conditions. If the condition is not met and someone tries to apply that status, your message will be shown explaining why the status change is not allowed. Click here to know more.
You can now filter submissions using Number Input fields with conditions like greater than, less than, equal to, and more. This helps you quickly narrow down records based on numeric values such as quantity, amount, weight, or score.
The AI Assistant in Clappia can now generate entire apps, not just suggest structures or logic. It first creates a proposed app structure based on your use case and shows it to you for approval. You can ask for changes, refine the layout or logic, and then proceed with the final structure. Once the app is created, you can open it, verify everything, and continue using the AI Assistant at any time if more adjustments are needed.
