You can now manage the navigation items shown in the left panel of your workplace from Workplace Settings. Default items such as Dashboard, Create App, and AI Assistant can be reordered to change how they appear, while additional navigation items can be added to open external links or other Clappia apps.

Files uploaded using Attachment blocks can now be downloaded by users. When you open an attachment, a download option is available to save the file locally.

This makes it easier to access and store files shared within apps for offline use or further reference.

Workplace logs and app logs can now be downloaded. Admins can download up to 10,000 records, and the file is also sent to the admin’s email.

This makes it easier to review activity, track changes, and maintain records for audit or analysis purposes.

Email verification can now be completed using an OTP instead of a verification link. When you verify your email from the profile page, an OTP is sent to your email, which can be entered directly on the same screen.

You can now sign in to Clappia using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email, as an alternative to entering your password. This option is available directly on the sign-in page and works on both web and mobile apps.

This helps users quickly access their account even if they forget their password, without needing to go through the password reset process.
