You can now fetch data from Excel sheets stored in Microsoft OneDrive directly into your Clappia apps using the Get Data from Microsoft Excel block. This allows your forms to automatically pull related information from an Excel sheet when a user enters or selects a value such as an ID.
This helps reuse existing Excel data inside Clappia without manually entering the same information again, and ensures the data used in your forms stays consistent with the data maintained in Excel.

Tables now support preventing duplicate entries for specific fields. When this option is enabled, once a value is selected in one row, the same value cannot be selected again in another row.
This helps avoid repeated selections and ensures cleaner data when users add multiple rows in a table.

When fields from a copyable section are pulled from another app using the Get Data from Other Apps block inside a table, the data appears as a separate pulled section instead of inside the table.
These pulled sections can now be set to remain collapsed by default, helping keep forms cleaner and easier to navigate when a large amount of pulled data is displayed.
Submission History can now be viewed in two different styles. One view shows all changes made to a submission, including user-level edits, field updates, and workflow-related changes, in a list format. The other view displays previous and updated values with colour indicators to clearly highlight differences.
This makes it easier to review updates, track modifications over time, and quickly understand what has changed in a submission.

Workplace Analytics now tracks updated submissions in addition to newly created submissions. It also provides a count of user activities across apps, helping identify whether apps are actively being used and where changes are being made.
Workplace Analytics data can now be downloaded as an Excel file.
These enhancements provide clearer visibility into workplace-level activity and usage patterns.
