You can now use formulas directly inside print templates to control how content is displayed. This allows you to hide text, show or hide sections, or change colours based on conditions, making PDFs of submissions reflect the data more accurately. Click here to know more.
All fields now include Advanced Label and Advanced Description options in the right panel. These allow you to change a field’s label or description dynamically based on conditions you define, such as showing different text based on user input or language. The Bulk Edit and Submission Table will continue to display the label and description set in the Basic tab.
Admins can now change the workplace Data Center to Canada from Workplace Settings. This setting controls where your workplace data is stored and processed, allowing you to choose Canada as the hosting location if that better suits your organisation’s data preferences.
Status conditions now support formulas that work with copyable sections, including Join, Count, and Index. This allows you to change or control submission statuses based on repeated data, such as the number of rows added in a copyable section or values entered across those rows, instead of being limited to single fields.
You can now add your own OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini API keys for AI Blocks and AI Workflow Nodes. This is available at the app level under Third-Party Integrations. When you use your own key, your app is not restricted by the default workplace AI usage limits.
