Code Block Support in Dashboard Design

The Dashboard Design feature now supports a Code block. This can be used to build custom dashboard elements such as notices, announcements, or banners using code. The Code block can also reference workplace-level variables when workplace information needs to be displayed dynamically on dashboards. This feature is available on Premium plans. Share Public Apps Using a QR Code

Link sharing now includes a QR code for each app. When link sharing is enabled, admins can share either the public link or the generated QR code to allow external users to open the app and submit data without logging in. This is useful for physical locations, printed materials, or situations where scanning a QR code is more convenient than typing a URL. Click here to know more.

Sender Name Display in SMTP Emails

When emails are sent using Google SMTP, recipients will now see the sender name configured in the linked Google account instead of only the email address. This helps make workflow emails easier to recognise and more consistent with your organisation’s email identity. Click here to know more.

Schedule and Email Triggers Support More Workflow Steps

Trigger-based workflows in Clappia now support major workflow steps when using the Schedule and Email triggers. Earlier, only the Create Submission step could be used under these triggers. You can now build more flexible automations by adding steps like If, Code, Email, notifications, integrations, and more as part of trigger-based flows. This makes it easier to run complex workflows automatically without relying on user actions.

Deactivate Users Without Removing Their Data

A new Deactivated user status is now available in Workplace Settings. When a user is deactivated, they can no longer access the workplace or any apps. Deactivated users also do not count toward the licensed user limit. All submissions created by these users remain available and continue to show the correct user information, so existing data is not affected.
