Submission History can now be viewed in two different styles. One view shows all changes made to a submission, including user-level edits, field updates, and workflow-related changes, in a list format. The other view displays previous and updated values with colour indicators to clearly highlight differences.
This makes it easier to review updates, track modifications over time, and quickly understand what has changed in a submission.

Workplace Analytics now tracks updated submissions in addition to newly created submissions. It also provides a count of user activities across apps, helping identify whether apps are actively being used and where changes are being made.
Workplace Analytics data can now be downloaded as an Excel file.

Clappia’s file upload and download APIs now use temporary secure URLs for transferring files. This improves security and reliability when integrating Clappia with other systems. Earlier, when files were sent directly with APIs, there was a size limit per request and large forms with many attachments could hit that limit.
With this update, files can be uploaded separately and then referenced in the main request. This allows significantly larger files and a much higher number of attachments to be included without running into size restrictions.
Twilio integration is now available within workflows, allowing SMS or WhatsApp messages to be sent using a connected Twilio account.
All messages are sent through the configured Twilio account, including its templates, usage rules, and billing. These messages do not consume Clappia notification limits or add-ons.
This enables organisations to use their existing Twilio infrastructure for reliable and scalable communication directly from Clappia workflows.

Workplace Analytics is now available within Workplace Settings, providing aggregated insights across the entire workplace. This includes total submissions and bulk submissions, usage distribution across apps and users, and breakdowns by platform, browser, and operating system.
Unlike App Analytics, which focuses on a single app, Workplace Analytics offers a cross-app, workplace-level view of activity and usage patterns.
This helps administrators better understand overall adoption, monitor usage trends, and make informed operational decisions.
