Automated Request for Clappia Support from your App

Workplace admins can now easily request Clappia support when facing any issues with the app. Here's how:

  1. In the Edit App mode, go to the Configurations tab and click on the Request Support option.
  2. 'Clappia Support' user will be added to the workplace and will be given App Admin Access to the app in which the issue exists.
  3. Once the issue is resolved you can remove the 'Clappia Support' user from the app and the workplace.
