Clappia’s App Versioning allows you to create multiple versions of an app for testing new changes without affecting the live version. App admins can edit app fields and configurations like workflows, charts, reports, and more in non-live versions, ensuring all updates are thoroughly tested before being made live for end users. This feature ensures smooth transitions and uninterrupted app usage for end-users while allowing admins to test and refine changes in the background.
You can now choose to clone analytics in addition to workflows, PDFs, and master apps. When cloning an app to another workplace, simply select the configurations you want to include, ensuring that all key components of your app, including analytics, are carried over to the new app.
You can now configure the Create/ Edit submission workflow nodes to automatically send submission PDFs to the 'Camera, image & Files' blocks in other apps. To enable this feature, make sure that a PDF has been configured for your submissions. This allows seamless document transfer between apps, ensuring that key submission data is readily available where it's needed. By setting up this workflow, you can store and organise submission PDFs efficiently across multiple apps.
You can now use field variables (@ variables) in the redirect URL settings of the submit button to dynamically redirect users based on their on their submission data. Insert the relevant @ variables to create personalised redirections after successful submissions.
Clappia now enables app admins to rerun completed workflows, even after submission edits, and stop currently running workflows, offering greater control and flexibility in process management. Click here to know more.
